Register for a Seminar
As part of our culture of “not just caring for our patients, but caring about them,” the NIX Weight Loss Surgery Center offers several patient education opportunities. Informational seminars are designed to give prospective lap band surgery patients the opportunity to learn more about the procedure and speak with both clinical professionals and other patients.
The co-medical directors of the NIX Weight Loss Surgery Center, J. Keith Wright, M.D. and Gerardo E. Cárcamo, M.D.,* provide information about the surgery and answer any questions. These free seminars are scheduled every Wednesday evening, from 6-7 and from 7-8 and are held at the NIX Medical Center, 414 Navarro, Suite 820, San Antonio, Texas 78205.
